It's an odd number (13) and we didn't want to bridge the two seasons, so a single episode about season 1 episode 13 and then a season wrap up seemed in order.
Oh this is officially our CNDOP episode, I don't care if it's late, what did you pay for it?
Mickey Dolenz?
An army of robutts to rob Fort Knox? SIGN ME UP!
Oh it's a clip show.
ROCKY!
I don't think Lee Majors is what I'd call 'comfortable' as an actor, but boy is he comfortable on a horse.
There was a lot more acceptance of men in their 40s creeping on teenaged girls back then it seems.
On to a season 1 wrap-up.
Season 1 was fun, if uneven.
The show is WAY more violent than I remember, I think Steve has personally killed like 6 guys this season.
I think the show was trying to be more 'serious' in season 1. It isn't yet a cultural phenomenon. (Where the hell is Cloutier when you need him? No not Buddy Cloutier, I mean the Dr one).
Is Steve famous?
Is OSI his full time job?
In this timeline, are astronauts just going to the moon all of the time? It seems as if the show is almost postulating a 'For All Mankind' type of thing where we keep investing in space. I was really hopeful for stuff like that as a kid.
What are your thoughts?
